Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IIT JEE Mathematics Faculty to join our esteemed faculty team at INSTIL ACADEMY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to students preparing for the IIT JEE exam. The faculty member will deliver high-quality lectures, create problem sets, conduct doubt-solving sessions, and assist students in developing problem-solving skills necessary for excelling in the JEE examination.

Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Instruction:

• Conduct high-level classes and explain key concepts of Mathematics, focusing on topics that are integral to the IIT JEE syllabus (e.g., Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, Probability, etc.).
• Teach both foundational and advanced topics while ensuring a deep understanding of the subject for students.
• Deliver online and offline lectures, maintaining high engagement levels with students.
• Regularly assess students’ understanding through quizzes, assignments, and mock exams.
• Provide guidance to students on how to approach problem-solving effectively, and help them develop techniques for managing time during the exam.

Content Creation & Course Development:

• Develop and update high-quality study materials, including notes, worksheets, and presentations, aligned with the IIT JEE syllabus.
• Create mock tests, assignments, and problem sets to simulate the real exam environment and help students prepare better.
• Review and improve the existing content regularly based on feedback and evolving exam trends.

Student Mentoring & Performance Monitoring:

• Offer one-on-one or group mentoring sessions to help students clear doubts and strengthen their understanding of difficult topics.
• Track student progress through periodic tests, quizzes, and performance evaluations, offering tailored guidance based on their needs.
• Provide effective strategies for exam preparation, focusing on critical thinking, problem-solving, and exam strategy.
• Help students build self-confidence, improve accuracy, and enhance time management skills.

Collaborative Activities:

• Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure that teaching methodologies and content across different subjects align with the IIT JEE syllabus.
• Actively participate in faculty meetings, academic discussions, and brainstorming sessions to improve overall teaching quality.

Institute Representation:

• Represent the institute at educational seminars, workshops, and coaching programs, sharing expertise with both students and other professionals in the field.
• Foster a positive image of the institute through dedication to academic excellence and student success.

Qualifications:Essential:

• Educational Background: A Master's Degree in Mathematics (M.Sc. in Mathematics, B.Tech, or M.Tech with strong Mathematics background).
• Experience: Minimum of [2-5] years of teaching experience, preferably in coaching institutes or educational platforms specializing in IIT JEE preparation.
• Subject Expertise: Strong conceptual understanding and teaching experience in core IIT JEE Mathematics topics (Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, etc.).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using online teaching platforms, digital tools, and multimedia teaching resources.

Desirable:

• Experience in IIT JEE Coaching: Prior experience of teaching Mathematics specifically for IIT JEE preparation in reputed coaching institutes.
• Competitive Exams Background: Experience as a student who cleared IIT JEE or any other competitive exam with a high rank would be an advantage.
• Certifications: Any teaching certifications or training in IIT JEE preparation would be beneficial.
