Collaborate with the content team to maintain academic excellence and relevance. Student Mentoring & Performance Tracking: Monitor student performance and provide timely feedback. The role involves assisting students with the admission process, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth transition into the academy. The Admission Counsellor will also work towards achieving admission targets and promoting the academy’s courses and programs effectively. Key Responsibilities: Counselling and Guidance: Counsel prospective students and their parents regarding the NEET coaching programs, eligibility criteria, and available courses. Provide detailed information about the academy’s curriculum, teaching methodology, and success rates. Help students select the appropriate course based on their academic background, career goals, and preparedness for NEET. Admission Process Management: Assist students with the entire admission process, from filling out forms to submitting documents and completing fees.
