Roles and Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Physics , Chemistry , or Biology for NEET aspirants (Classes 11 & 12). Prepare lesson plans and study materials aligned with NEET syllabus (NCERT & relevant boards). Conduct doubt-solving sessions and regular practice tests. Track student performance and provide personalized feedback. Stay updated with the NEET syllabus, exam patterns, and trends. Design and evaluate mock tests, assignments, and quizzes. Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and motivation. Key Skills: Strong conceptual knowledge of NEET subjects. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts for better understanding. Patience, dedication, and a student-first approach. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science (B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech / MBBS). Prior teaching experience in NEET coaching is highly preferred. Familiarity with NEET-UG exam pattern and NCERT syllabus. Preferred Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a NEET faculty or in a similar academic role. Experience working with reputed coaching centers/institutions is a plus.
