Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate NEET Admission Counsellor to join our team. The counsellor will play a key role in guiding and supporting students and parents throughout the admission process, providing accurate information about our NEET programs, and ensuring smooth enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding NEET courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career opportunities.
• Handle walk-ins, incoming calls, and online inquiries effectively and convert them into admissions.
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain systematic communication until successful enrollment.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and counseling sessions in schools or educational fairs when required.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and follow-up status.
• Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to achieve admission targets.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on admissions progress.
• Address queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Support in creating promotional materials and content when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in NEET counseling or admissions; NEET-related experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of NEET exam structure, preparation strategies, and student concerns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil and English proficiency preferred).
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to handle targets effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
