Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated NEET Admission Counsellor with prior experience in NEET admissions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in counseling students and parents, guiding them through the admission process, and supporting them in selecting the right academic pathways.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information to students and parents regarding NEET courses, coaching programs, admission criteria, and career opportunities.
• Conduct in-person and telephonic counseling sessions to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain and follow up with leads generated through various marketing activities and referrals.
• Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, workshops, and other promotional events.
• Support the admissions team in achieving monthly and annual admission targets.
• Handle all admission-related documentation, application processing, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with students and parents, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding of new students.

Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline (Science background preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in NEET admission counseling or similar educational counseling roles is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of NEET exam patterns, requirements, and medical career pathways.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages.
• Ability to handle targets and work in a dynamic, result-oriented environment.
• Good presentation and convincing skills.
