Job Title: Female Tutor for Class 1 Location: Panchwati, Udaipur Job Type: Part-time, Offline Duration: 1.5 hours per session Salary: ₹3,500/month Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and interactive Female Tutor for a Class 1 student. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for teaching young children and will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. Responsibilities Subject Matter Expertise: Teach all subjects relevant to Class 1, including but not limited to: Language Arts (English/Hindi) Mathematics Science Social Studies Arts and Crafts Interactive Teaching: Employ innovative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and effective, encouraging student participation and interaction. Curriculum Development: Assist in creating lesson plans that cater to the learning needs of the student, incorporating interactive activities and resources. Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess the student’s understanding and progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed. Communication with Parents: Maintain open communication with parents regarding the student’s progress and any areas that may require additional focus. Preparation of Materials: Prepare necessary teaching materials and resources to facilitate effective learning sessions. Qualifications Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; prior teaching experience is preferred. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate young learners. Strong organizational and planning skills. Patience and adaptability to meet the needs of the student. Experience: Prior experience in teaching or tutoring young children is highly desirable. Requirements Availability: Evening sessions, specific timing to be discussed during the interview. Mode of Teaching: Offline (in-person sessions required). Location: Must be able to commute to Panchwati, Udaipur.
