Job Title: Female Tutor for Class 1Location: Panchwati, UdaipurJob Type: Part-time, OfflineDuration: 1.5 hours per sessionSalary: ₹3,500/monthWe are seeking a dedicated and interactive Female Tutor for a Class 1 student. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for teaching young children and will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

Subject Matter Expertise: Teach all subjects relevant to Class 1, including but not limited to:Language Arts (English/Hindi)MathematicsScienceSocial StudiesArts and CraftsInteractive Teaching: Employ innovative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and effective, encouraging student participation and interaction.Curriculum Development: Assist in creating lesson plans that cater to the learning needs of the student, incorporating interactive activities and resources.Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess the student’s understanding and progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.Communication with Parents: Maintain open communication with parents regarding the student’s progress and any areas that may require additional focus.Preparation of Materials: Prepare necessary teaching materials and resources to facilitate effective learning sessions.

Qualifications

Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; prior teaching experience is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to engage and motivate young learners.Strong organizational and planning skills.Patience and adaptability to meet the needs of the student.Experience: Prior experience in teaching or tutoring young children is highly desirable.
