Neapolitan Style Pizza Maker

Role Overview: You will be a full-time Neapolitan style pizza maker specializing in artisanal sourdough-based pizzas at an upcoming Italian cum Mexican dine-in with a coffee house in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Your main responsibilities will include preparing a variety of pizzas following existing recipes, cooking pizzas in wood-fired ovens, managing all preparation tasks such as dough making and ingredient prep, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction will be crucial for this role.
