You will be joining an upcoming Italian cum Mexican dine-in with a coffee house located in Kudasan area of Gandhinagar, Gujarat. As a Neapolitan style pizza maker specializing in artisanal sourdough based pizza, your primary responsibility will be preparing a variety of pizzas following existing recipes and cooking them in wood-fired ovens. In addition to showcasing your culinary expertise, you will manage tasks such as dough making and ingredient preparation. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen, upholding high standards of food safety and hygiene, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction are key aspects of this role.
