Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, at Ambattur, Chennai. The roles and responsibilities are

VT, PT, MT, UT, RT, ET, PAUT, TOFD)

·        Develop, update, and maintain accurate and up-to-date learning materials, course content and practical exercises. 

·        Conduct classroom sessions and provide hands-on training with NDT equipment and tools, ensuring practical application of techniques. 

·        Evaluate and assess trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and prepare students for certification exams, renewal of certificates. 

·        Ensure trainees understand and adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and best practices for NDT methods. 

·        Maintain, calibrate, and manage NDT equipment, as well as training specimens and test samples. 

·        Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on advancements in NDT technology and industry standards. 

·        Work with internal specialists, examiners, and external stakeholders to improve training quality and maintain professional standards. 

·        Mentor and guide trainees and other NDT personnel, providing technical advice and support.

·        Arranging internship, counselling the student for the admission process and signing MOU with the colleges.

Salary- INR 3.5 - 4.5 Lakh/Annum
