Experience - 3 to 8 years
Must have hands-on experience in EdgeCAM toolpath generation for 3, 4 & 5 axis machines, preferably for aerospace structural components.
Must have experience in NC Simul verification & error rectification.
Demonstrate knowledge of 5-axis machines and their post -processors, such as Mazak I700, CV500, VTC 800, etc.
Experience in NC Setup planning & Fixture design is preferred,
Experience in NC process optimization & cycle time reduction is preferred
Should have awareness of cutting tools, holders, and machining parame ters.
Should read & interpret engineering drawings & Condition of supply data
knowledge of CAD Modeling & Drafting is preferred.
Should have Effective communication and soft skills.
