Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2C marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, student acquisition and platform engagement
  • Design user engagement initiatives, contests, and experiential marketing programs for campus events
  • Manage social media presence and influencer partnerships to build brand affinity
  • Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships / brand alliances / co-marketing initiatives across various industries to drive user acquisition & engagement

The ideal candidate should

  • 4-7 years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably targeting GenZ/college student demographics
  • Proven experience in negotiating, structuring and managing strategic partnerships / brand alliances
  • Understanding of the student ecosystem, campus culture & youth marketing trends across India
  • Creative mindset with strong project management capabilities and attention to detail
