Position: Naturopathy Doctor / Co-Founder (Pain Management Focus)

About the Opportunity

We are setting up a new Naturopathy and Holistic Wellness Clinic in a fully-owned 3500 sq ft facility located in the heart of Coimbatore. The primary focus of the clinic will be chronic pain management and non-pharmaceutical therapies.

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Naturopathy Doctor who is interested not only in clinical practice but also in building and growing the business. The role offers an attractive opportunity to become a strategic partner (equity/shareholding possible) as well as the lead practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of naturopathy treatment protocols (with a special focus on pain management)
• Consult and treat patients using evidence-based naturopathy therapies
• Work closely with the founder to build service offerings, treatment packages, and business development plans
• Ensure adherence to all clinical standards, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements
• Train and supervise junior therapists and staff as we scale
• Participate in marketing, awareness talks, and patient education initiatives

Ideal Candidate

• BNYS / MD (Naturopathy) with valid registration/license
• 3+ years of clinical experience (pain management experience a plus)
• Passionate about building a long-term holistic wellness practice
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to grow a new clinic from the ground up
• Excellent patient-interaction skills and strong ethical standards

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
