Naturopathic Doctor

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Naturopathy Doctor to join our founding team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of clinical experience in naturopathy/ MBBS Doctors and a strong understanding of holistic and integrative treatments. You will play a critical role in delivering personalized treatment plans focused on root-cause healing, functional nutrition, and lifestyle transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and intake consultations.
• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans focused on:
• Diet and lifestyle interventions
• Detox therapies
• IV nutrition protocols (collaborating with medical staff)
• Ozone therapy
• EECP therapy support
• FIR sauna and red light therapy
• Provide patient education and lifestyle coaching.
• Deliver naturopathic therapies such as herbal medicine, hydrotherapy, and acupuncture.
• Offer psychological support and mind-body guidance through basic counseling techniques.
• Incorporate energy healing and emotional well-being practices as part of holistic care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nutritionists, and therapists to deliver coordinated, integrative care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with clinic protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) or equivalent / MBBS
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in naturopathy or integrative wellness.
• Registered or eligible to practice naturopathy in India.
• Strong understanding of detox protocols, therapeutic diets, and functional health principles.

Preferred Skills

• Training in Nutrition and Functional Medicine (preferred).
• Certified or experienced in Acupuncture.
• Experience in Psychological Counseling and emotional health support.
• Familiarity with Energy Healing methods (e.g., Reiki, pranic healing).
• Interest in working with advanced therapies such as IV nutrition, ozone, EECP, and red light therapy.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
