What You’ll Do:

🔬 Lead end-to-end R&D activities – from concept to commercial scale-up

🌱 Develop and optimize extraction technologies (ethanol, HFC, CO₂, etc.)

📊 Drive innovation in botanical and functional ingredients

📄 Prepare technical dossiers, regulatory documentation, and patents

🤝 Collaborate with production, QA, regulatory, and marketing teams

🏛️ Build partnerships with academic & scientific research bodies

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Ph.D. / M.Sc / M.Pharm in Phytochemistry, Pharmacognosy, Biotech, or related field

💼 15+ years’ experience in herbal/nutraceutical/functional ingredients R&D

🧪 Strong technical expertise in extraction processes and formulation science

📚 Understanding of global regulatory frameworks (FSSAI, USFDA, EFSA, etc.)

💡 Innovative mindset with leadership skills and team management experience
