Native Japanese Speaker – English Conversation Recording Participant (Remote)

Job Description

JF Knowledge Consulting is seeking native Japanese speakers for an English conversation recording project. This initiative supports international AI research and language technology by collecting authentic English dialogues between native Japanese speakers. Participants will work in pairs to record natural conversations in English. No prior experience required—just clear communication and a quiet space.

Responsibilities

· Pair up with another native Japanese speaker (or join a pre-arranged group).

· Record 2 hours of raw English conversation per group using the Shuujia App (guidance and access provided).

· Ensure recordings meet quality standards: quiet indoor environment, clean audio with no echo or background noise.

· Submit recordings for review (expect 1.5 hours of valid output after cleaning).

· Optional: Use high-fidelity microphones if available for enhanced quality.

Eligibility

· Native Japanese speaker with conversational English proficiency.

· Ability to participate in natural English dialogues.

· Access to a quiet indoor space for recording.

· Smartphone or device compatible with the Shuujia App.

· No previous recording experience needed.

· Open to students, professionals, or anyone meeting the criteria from any location.
