We Are Hiring: National Sales Head (NSH)

Role Summary

  • We are looking for a firebrand National Sales Head who can 10x sales across our existing offices and launch 10 new offices in the next 12 months
  • This is a battlefield role for someone who can strategize at the boardroom level and execute on the ground with 500+ sales warriors.
  • Your mission: Revive, Expand & Scale – Deliver ₹100 Cr+ revenue in FY 25–26 while building one of India’s fastest-growing sales organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive ₹4.5 – ₹7 Cr/month revenue ramp-up.
  • Full ownership of city P&L: Jaipur, Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Mumbai (expansion to Bangalore & Pune next).
  • Directly manage a large sales army: 6 Sr. BDMs, 15+ SMs, 40+ TLs, 550+ SEs.
  • Revive Ahmedabad & Hyderabad branches within 60 days.
  • Launch new cities: Mumbai (Nov), Bangalore (Dec) + 8 more in 2026.
  • Run weekly target reviews & enforce sales discipline.
  • Collaborate with HR (for hiring/retention) and VP (for partnerships & deals).

Targets / KPIs (First 90 Days)

  • Revive Ahmedabad & Hyderabad to profitability.
  • Achieve ₹3.5 – ₹4 Cr/month revenue run-rate.
  • Scale sales headcount to 300+ active performers.

Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC Range: ₹24 – ₹30 Lakh per annum (Negotiable for the right candidate).

Requirements

  • 10+ years hardcore sales leadership (B2B / B2C).
  • Proven track record of scaling 200+ sales reps in past roles.
  • Aggressive, execution-first, high-energy mindset.
  • Strong leadership & motivational skills.
  • Industry preference: EdTech / FinTech / BFSI / Insurance / Direct Sales.
