Role & responsibilities :- Oversee end-to-end RPO delivery for non-IT clients (manufacturing, BFSI, healthcare, retail, etc.). Ensure timely closures, quality hires, and SLA adherence. Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a strategic hiring partner. Lead and mentor large recruitment teams across geographies. Drive operational efficiency, compliance, and reporting. Collaborate with sales teams on new client onboarding and solutioning. Preferred candidate profile : 10+ years in staffing/recruitment, with 5+ years in RPO leadership (non-IT focus). Proven success in managing high-volume, multi-location hiring. Strong client-facing, team management, and process optimization skills. Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
