In project portfolio management at PwC, you focus on optimising project portfolios to drive strategic business outcomes. You oversee project selection, prioritisation, and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery. Your role in project management at PwC involves overseeing and coordinating various projects to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline. As a member of PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you play a critical role in actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax, and Business Services. Engaging in challenging projects, you provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training designed to grow your technical and professional skills. As a Senior Associate in the Project Portfolio Management team, your responsibilities include: - Shape product strategies in alignment with business goals - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements - Prioritize the product backlog for impactful execution - Drive innovation to enhance system functionality - Lead initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes - Secure seamless communication across project teams - Analyze feedback to inform product development - Support the integration of tools to improve delivery processes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree - 5 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required - PBA (Professional Business Analyst) - IIBA or equivalent - CSM (Certified Scrum Master) - Scrum Alliance or equivalent What Sets You Apart: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science - Demonstrating Agile product management experience - Managing backlog and prioritizing user stories - Collaborating with cross-functional teams effectively - Applying quantitative prioritization frameworks - Creating user journeys and story maps - Identifying opportunities for process enhancement,
