Job Title: Showroom Counsellor ( Four wheeler Showroom )

Experience Required: Minimum 0 to 3yrs Four Wheeler showroom

Location :- Nagpur

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to showroom walk-in customers in a professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Provide product information (features, specifications, pricing, and offers).
• Coordinate test drives and explain finance/insurance options.
• Generate leads, maintain customer database, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support sales executives in achieving showroom sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and showroom visits.
• Ensure proper vehicle display, showroom ambiance, and customer comfort.
• Assist in promotional events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.
• Gather customer feedback and escalate issues to the Sales/CRM Manager.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and customer handling abilities.
• Professional attitude with a pleasant personality.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / HSC in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in counselling, telecalling, or customer service (automobile industry preferred).
• Fresher’s with good communication skills may also apply.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed salary + incentives based on performance.
