Role & responsibilities

Sr US IT Recruiter

Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on IT, Manufacturing Plant engineering related technical fields.
Strong knowledge of IT & engineering roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Civil etc).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
