Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Mutual Fund Operations Executive to join our team at Tax and Investment Advisors . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day mutual fund transactions, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining accurate records. An added advantage would be expertise in accounting and taxation to support our financial planning and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities: Execute all mutual fund transactions, including purchases, redemptions, and switches. Handle systematic investments like SIP, STP, and SWP efficiently. Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular updates. Manage client documentation, KYC compliance, and ensure timely updates. Coordinate with fund houses and registrar agents for smooth processing. Maintain detailed records of transactions, client investments, and portfolios. Generate reports for client reviews. Handle client queries and provide support for mutual fund-related operations. Assist in the preparation of tax-related documents and reports. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in mutual fund operations. Knowledge of mutual fund products and transaction processes. Basic understanding of accounting and taxation is highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and financial software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to handle client interactions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
