Mutual Fund Operation

Job Responsibilities

• Open individual, corporate, and minor mutual fund accounts on BSE Star Portal.
• Place and process SIP, SWP, STP, redemption, dividend, and switch orders.
• Prepare and share periodic portfolio and performance reports with clients.
• Reconcile client accounts and portfolios regularly (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Work on platforms such as BSE Star MF, IFA Planet, ICICI Pru D-Trade, and Fundzbazaar.
• Follow all SEBI, AMFI, and related regulatory guidelines.
• Handle client queries related to investments and account issues.
• Review client portfolios and monitor asset allocation and risk.
• Maintain accurate mutual fund records in Excel or databases.
• Support the Manager with any additional operational tasks.

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Fresher Can Apply
• For Experienced minimum 1-2 years of experience in mutual fund back office operations
• Knowledge of mutual fund products, schemes, and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
