Job Description: As a Mutual Fund Distributor, you will be instrumental in helping clients plan and achieve their financial objectives through mutual fund investments. This role, which is based on commission, requires a strong interest in finance and sales. Your primary responsibilities will involve understanding the needs of clients, suggesting appropriate mutual fund schemes, and offering goal-based investment guidance. Additionally, you will be tasked with nurturing client relationships, conducting periodic portfolio reviews, and keeping abreast of market developments, products, and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the individual requirements of clients and propose suitable mutual fund schemes - Aid clients in creating investment plans aligned with their goals such as education, retirement, or home ownership - Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, delivering regular portfolio assessments - Stay informed about market trends, financial products, and regulatory updates Qualifications Required: - Graduates with a keen interest in finance and sales - IRDA/NISM certification preferred; willingness to acquire certification is acceptable - Retired professionals, housewives, teachers, agents, and freshers are encouraged to apply - Strong communication and networking abilities are crucial for success in this position Earnings: This opportunity offers a compensation structure based entirely on commissions, with the potential for increased earnings as the Assets Under Management (AUM) expand.
