Mutual fund advisor

As a Mutual Fund Executive at our company, your role involves operating mutual fund panels and processing applications such as SIP, STP, SWP, Switch, Purchase, Redemption, NCT via platforms like NSE, BSE, MINT, CAMS, KFintech, and MFU. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting clients with investment planning, KYC updates, and portfolio management. - Scanning, uploading forms, and resolving client queries through calls, emails, or walk-ins. - Handling bulk transactions and ensuring completion before cut-off times. - Providing excellent client service and maintaining strong communication for SIP schemes and portfolio guidance. - Studying and analyzing fund histories to offer investment insights and recommendations. - Staying updated on capital market concepts, procedures, and regulatory frameworks. - Maintaining accurate records using MS Office, especially Excel. - Acquiring new client relationships and retaining existing clients by delivering high service standards. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Minimum 1 year of experience in mutual fund processing and client service (preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. - Ability to handle queries across multiple channels (email, phone, in-person). - Good understanding of capital markets and regulatory compliance. This full-time position is based in Lucknow and involves working from Monday to Saturday. The salary range for this role is between 15,000 to 20,000 per month, with the added benefit of Provident Fund.
