Music Teacher

Role Overview: As a Music Teacher, your role involves designing, preparing, and delivering lesson plans aligned with the IBDP/American curriculum. You will be responsible for teaching various music forms to enhance students" interests. Additionally, you will actively participate in annual day/school level competitions and prepare students for these events. Your duties will also include assessing, recording, and reporting on students" development and progress. Moreover, you will communicate, consult, and provide feedback to parents during PTM or as necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Design, prepare & deliver lesson plans in line with the IBDP/American curriculum - Teach various music forms to increase the interests of the students - Actively participate in the annual day/school level competitions and prepare the children for those competitions - Assess, record, and report on the development and progress of students - Communicate, consult, and provide feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement/need arises Qualifications Required: - Degree in Music Education or related field - Certification in teaching music in the IBDP/American curriculum - Proven experience in teaching music to students of varying age groups - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with parents, colleagues, and school management,
