You are looking for a Music Distribution & Publishing Manager position at Modern Digital, a fast-growing music distribution and artist management company in Punjab. As the Music Distribution & Publishing Manager, your role will involve leading digital music release operations, coordinating with global platforms like Spotify and Apple Music, managing publishing and royalty collection through agencies such as Songtrust, BMI, and IPRS. Key Responsibilities: - Distribute music to all major Digital Service Providers (DSPs) using distribution platforms. - Handle song metadata, ISRC codes, and copyright filings. - Manage publishing deals and collect global royalties. - Coordinate with artists for release schedules and assets. - Track performance reports and streaming analytics. - Communicate with royalty agencies and collection societies. - Handle YouTube Content ID, monetization, and claims. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in music distribution, publishing, or a related field. - Strong understanding of DSP platforms and music rights. - Familiarity with YouTube Content Management System (CMS), Songtrust, IPRS, BMI, etc. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - A background in the music industry is a strong advantage.
