Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Music Director located in the Mohali district. The Music Director will be responsible for overseeing music production, coordinating with artists, and guiding the creative direction of music projects. The role involves managing recording sessions, working closely with artists to bring their vision to life, and ensuring the highest quality of music production. Additionally, the Music Director will be involved in talent discovery and mentoring emerging artists to nurture their potential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Music Theory and Music Production
• Experience in Music Education and Church Music
• Excellent skills in Music performance and direction
• Ability to work collaboratively with artists and other team members
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proven experience in the music industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Production, or related field
