Multitasking Field Assistant cum Driver

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and multi-skilled individual to assist in various factory support operations including driving, vendor coordination, field visits, and most importantly, manpower coordination and labor recruitment. The ideal candidate must be well-acquainted with Bahadurgarh and capable of independently managing field responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform local driving duties for material transport, document submission, and administrative errands.
• Coordinate and execute field-level tasks.
• Recruit and mobilize labor from the field as needed — ensuring no labor shortage in daily factory operations.
• Maintain updated contacts with manpower agents, contractors, and labor pools in the Bahadurgarh area.
• Ensure all field and labor requirements are fulfilled timely and independently.
• Assist the factory admin team with additional support tasks when required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have own bike and valid driving license.
• Should reside in Bahadurgarh.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field support, or manpower coordination.
• Strong knowledge of labor availability and recruitment methods in local areas.
• Well-versed with Bahadurgarh roads, vendors, and local labor networks.
• Disciplined, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
