Five9 Solutions Engineer Job Description: We are seeking a Five9 SE to work on integrating and customizing Contact Center solutions. The role involves building efficient workflows, scripting call flows, and ensuring smooth deployment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain IVR solutions using Five9 CCaaS platform. Customize and integrate Five9 Contact Center solutions to meet client needs. Create and optimize call flows, IVRs, and custom integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders and support teams for deployment and testing. Requirements: Experience working with Five9 VCC, IVA and WFA is a must. Understanding of telephony, call routing, and API integration. Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS or Azure. 2. Nice Support Specialist Job Description: We are looking for a Nice CXone Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for our Nice CXone deployments. This role includes configuring features, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system reliability. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 2/3 support for Nice solutions. Configure and maintain Nice Studio call flows, integrations, and features. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, liaising with the Nice engineering team as needed. Requirements: Experience with Nice CXone (inContact) or similar CCaaS platforms. Strong problem-solving skills, understanding of VoIP and API integration.
