Job Description

We are looking for a well-spoken, presentable, and customer-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, greet visitors and clients, manage incoming calls, and assist in resolving customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome walk-in clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or personnel.Assist customers with general inquiries related to forex services, documentation, and processes.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer queries.Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment.Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and walk-in traffic efficiently.Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.Maintain records of visitor logs and daily footfall reports.Qualifications:Minimum 13 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in financial services or similar industries.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s).Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Professional appearance and behavior.
