MULTIMEDIA FACULTY CUM GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We, Hexanova Tech Solutions are hiring a Multimedia Faculty and Graphic Designer

. Deliver lectures, workshops, and practical sessions in graphic design.

· Develop course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and projects.

· Stay updated with design trends, software, and industry practices to incorporate into teaching.

· Guide students in academic projects, portfolios, and internships.

· Provide feedback and critique on design assignments and final year projects.

· Support students in developing creative and critical thinking skills.

· Assess student performance in assignments, exams, and portfolios.

· Maintain student records, grades, and feedback reports.

· Software tools like Adobe InDesign, Adobe After effects, Adobe Premiere pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Maya.

· Subjects to handle Graphic Design, Web Designing, Multimedia, UI/UX, Vfx, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, 3D, Animation.

· Engage in research related to design theory, visual communication, or design education.

· Publish papers or attend design and education conferences/workshops.

· Conduct Boot Campaign, Webinar, Workshop, Seminars and activities to promote brand and course.

· Contribute to syllabus updates and program reviews.

· Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and accreditation processes.

· Design marketing materials such as brochures, banners, posters, social media content, and digital campaigns for the organization.

· Work on branding elements for institutional events, programs, and departments.

· Partner with the marketing, admissions, and communications teams to produce design assets that align with the institution’s brand identity.

· Support multimedia content creation for online learning or promotional use.

· Contribute to website design updates and UI/UX improvements where needed.

· Design assets for LMS platforms, email campaigns, and digital ads.

· Create visual identities and design materials for academic events, seminars, convocations, and exhibitions.

· Create visual content including graphic design, video editing, and on – site video recording for marketing and communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
