Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Multi Technician to join our apartment maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work in residential apartments. You will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of all technical systems in the apartment complex, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and basic civil repairs within the apartment premises.
• Attend resident maintenance complaints and resolve them efficiently and courteously.
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems and common areas.
• Repair and maintain water supply systems, sanitary fittings, lighting fixtures, and AC units.
• Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance schedules.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns such as power outages, water leaks, or equipment failures.
• Maintain records of all repairs, replacements, and maintenance performed.
• Coordinate with vendors and external contractors when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in apartment or residential facility maintenance.
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or related technical trade.
• Good knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing lines, pumps, valves, switches, and HVAC systems.
• Basic knowledge of civil maintenance, painting, and carpentry is an added advantage.
• Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely.
• Customer-focused attitude with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, or on-call duty if required.
