Multi Skilled Technician

Mechanical & Electrical Work

● Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and

equipment.

● Troubleshoot electrical circuits, wiring, motors, and control panels.

● Support installation and commissioning of new machines.

● Repair and service tools, fixtures, and basic fabrication work.

Automation, Pneumatics & Hydraulics

● Assist in operation and troubleshooting of PLC-controlled machines.

● Carry out basic maintenance of servo drives, motors, and sensors.

● Maintain and service pneumatic systems (valves, cylinders, compressors).

● Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic circuits, pumps, and actuators.

Facility & General Maintenance

● Handle plumbing, carpentry, and minor civil repairs when required.

● Ensure proper functioning of air-conditioning, lighting, and power systems.

● Monitor and maintain safety systems (fire extinguishers, alarms, emergency

exits).

Multi-skilled Support

● Assist in production line setup, adjustments, and minor modifications.

● Support calibration and upkeep of instruments and measuring tools.

● Maintain records of maintenance schedules, spares usage, and downtime.

● Coordinate with vendors/contractors for specialized repair jobs.

What We’re Looking For

● ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related trade.

● 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (preferably in MSME/SME

industries).

● Ability to handle electrical, mechanical, and automation troubleshooting.

● Working knowledge of PLC basics, servo motors, pneumatics, and

hydraulics.

● Basic knowledge of welding, plumbing, or fabrication is an advantage.

● Understanding of safety standards and preventive maintenance.

● Willingness to take on multiple tasks and work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
