Job Description:

- Prepare and cook a variety of international cuisines, including French, Italian, Asian, and more

- Create menus, recipes, and presentation concepts

- Maintain high-quality food standards and presentation

- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks

- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met

Requirements:

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience

- 5 to 8+ years of experience in a professional kitchen

- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques

- Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for food

- *Portuguese Passport (Mandatory)*

- *Candidates already working in France or with a valid French work permit are highly encouraged to apply*
