Mulesoft Test Engineer

Job Description

LanceSoft Technologies is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Test Engineer to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of MuleSoft and Salesforce integrations . The role involves test planning, automation, defect management, and continuous process improvement . Key Responsibilities: Test Planning & Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze integration requirements and define test strategies . Develop test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for MuleSoft integrations. Execute functional, integration, and regression tests across Salesforce Service Cloud, OMS, HRC AR Implementation, Esker, and SF Sales Assist . Automation & Defect Management: Design and implement automated test scripts to improve efficiency and test coverage. Utilize testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) for automation. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution with development teams. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project teams to understand business processes and integration points. Participate in project meetings and provide testing status updates . Generate comprehensive test reports for management and stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and new trends in MuleSoft and Salesforce testing . Propose and implement process improvements to enhance testing methodologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proven experience as a Test Engineer in MuleSoft and Salesforce environments . Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, OMS, HRC AR Implementation, Esker, and SF Sales Assist . Expertise in test automation and scripting using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG . Hands-on experience with functional, integration, and regression testing . Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment . Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field . 4-8 years of experience in MuleSoft and Salesforce testing . Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Agile Scrum methodology . Testing experience across legacy and modern applications (e.g., Mainframe, Oracle Apps, Web, Portals, iOS, Android).
