POSITION SUMMARY
The API Office is a multidisciplinary team established to support API Journey. As an API Mulesoft Developer your key responsibilities include, Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve software across the environments. Translate product concepts into project commitments that deliver incremental value to our customers frequently and with high quality. You must combine technical skills with business knowledge while maintaining focus on communication and collaboration. You will collaborate with development and cross functional teams across the organization. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS7+ years demonstrated expertise designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise-grade technical solutions achieving complex business requirements.7+ years MuleSoft experience Integration architecture experience with MuleSoft or other solutionsExpert knowledge on API design and integration, integration patterns, solutions modeling, and best practices Knowledge of security (authentication and authorization, encryption)Demonstrable proficiency in designing Mule components (Mule ESB, Anypoint Studio, ETLs, flows, MEL, message modelling, Routing, Filtering, Database, Exception Handling, API ManagementExperience designing Mule ESB templates. Experience of scripting, including shell.Experience designing public and private enterprise secure services using RAML and REST-based APIsIn depth knowledge and hands-on experience with MuleSoft AnyPoint platform, API Led connectivity, Integration patterns, Restful APIs, and microservices architecture. Additional experience with cloud platforms such as AzureStrong problem solving, debugging and communication skills.Demonstrated ability and experience in the entire service development lifecycle with the right mix of monitoring, Alerting and Tracing.Proven knowledge of API security standards, including but limited to oAUth2.0/OpenID ConnectUnderstanding of cloud concepts including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and iPaaSExperience with the CI/CD pipelineUnderstanding of security concepts such as identity management, authentication, authorizationExperience delivering solutions in an agile wayStrong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills.Experience with high availability, fault tolerance, performance testing and tuning parameters on multiple engagementsMuleSoft Certified Developer CertificateKnowledge of integration design patterns for building middleware systems from ground up including, security models, encryption, transformations, error handling, logging, ad testing frameworks.Having good experience in Unix and LINUX operating systems.EDUCATIONBachelors Degree or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field
