Job Description

Role Overview: As a Management Trainee in Billing/Pricing at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in inputting and processing advertising contracts, maintaining end-to-end business processes, and assisting with billing for advertising revenue. Your responsibilities will involve resolving customer queries, handling billing questions, and achieving SLAs with zero errors. Your role will require a deep understanding of billing management and the Order to Cash process. Key Responsibilities: - Input and process advertising contracts, assigning rates and ad tiers accurately - Assist in mapping and maintaining end-to-end business processes, along with SOPs documentation for customer master data activities - Generate billing for all advertising revenue within 24 hours - Assist sales organization with ad order entry and rating - Perform advertising research and help resolve customer queries - Input advertising adjustments and resolve rating errors - Field incoming calls with billing questions and provide customer service to sales reps and external subscribers/advertisers - Achieve SLA targets with zero errors Qualifications Required: Minimum qualifications: - CA/CS/MBA in Finance - Proven experience in billing management - Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple demands effectively Preferred qualifications: - Good customer handling skills - High energy level - Good knowledge of Excel If you meet the qualifications and are ready to contribute to Genpact's purpose of creating lasting value for clients, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.,
