Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, technically sound MST (Multi-Skilled Technician) to support day-to-day maintenance operations at the property. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of HVAC systems, and basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support preventive and routine maintenance of HVAC systems across guest rooms and public areas
• Troubleshoot and assist with minor electrical repairs, wiring, lighting, and switchboards
• Perform plumbing-related fixes including leak checks, pipe fittings, and basic drainage issues
• Coordinate with vendors or senior engineers for larger repair works
• Maintain maintenance logs and ensure timely resolution of guest complaints
• Assist in upkeep of generators, water heaters, pumps, and other utility equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, hygiene, and environmental practices

Candidate Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a hotel, resort, or residential facility
• Basic technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing
• Willingness to learn and support multiple engineering functions as required
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours or on-call as needed
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and guest-service mindset
• Preference will be given to candidates from Assam or nearby regions

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per year
