Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform
preventive and breakdown maintenance
of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and repair
electrical panels, lighting circuits, switches, sockets, UPS, and DG support activities
.
Conduct maintenance of
pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, compressors, exhaust fans
, and other mechanical equipment.
Handle
plumbing tasks
such as leakage rectification, valve replacement, drainage, and water line maintenance.
Perform
basic civil works
such as patch repairs, masonry, carpentry, and painting touch-ups.
Monitor building management systems (BMS) and support facility operations.
Maintain service logs, daily checklists, and compliance records.
Coordinate with vendors for material availability and site-related repairs.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and facility standards.
Provide timely support for client complaints and ensure quick resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in
Facility Management / Commercial Buildings / Corporate Offices / Industrial Sites/ Sales Showroom
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
if required
Good communication and client-handling skills
