Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MSc Nursing professional at STech Group of Education, located in Bhilwara. The role involves teaching and mentoring nursing students, maintaining academic quality, preparing lesson plans, evaluating students, and staying updated with modern nursing practices. Professionals will also engage in clinical training and research to ensure students are adequately prepared for the healthcare industry.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Nursing, Medicine, and Patient Care
• Proficient Communication skills for effective teaching and student interaction
• Experience and expertise in Caregiving and clinical practices
• Commitment to fostering a positive, innovative, and professional learning environment
• A master's degree in Nursing (MSc Nursing) from a recognized institution
• Previous experience in academic or clinical training roles is advantageous
• Working knowledge of hospital operations is a plus
