Support for and configuration of Project Online (custom fields, lookup tables, views, projects ownership, permissions, etc.)
Support and monitoring of Fluent Pro's Datamart service in support of enterprise reporting.
Keeping resourcing rates accurate for multiple resource types using annual updates, custom applications and manual configuration.
Support of integrations with OnePlan and OneConnect.
Technical and functional support of Microsoft Project Online (SaaS web application) and Microsoft Project Professional (desktop application).
Configuration and support of time reporting and approval processes.
Coordinating with external software vendors for application management and support (Microsoft, OnePlan, FluentPro, etc.)
Monitoring and support of custom data feed to enterprise instance of Broadcom's Clarity.
5+ years supporting an enterprise installation of Microsoft Project Server or Microsoft Project Online
Experience supporting enterprise project portfolio management with a heavy finance focus (cost centers, capital vs. operating expense, 5-5-4 fiscal periods and quarterly and annual funding processes
Prior experience supporting timekeeping and multiple user types (FTE vs. contractors)
Experience in coordinating support issues with software vendors as a corporate customer
5+ years supporting internal customers at all levels
