As an MSD-F And O Technical-Manager at EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS), you will play a crucial role in developing customizations in D365FO, leading a technical team, handling development issues, and keeping key stakeholders informed. Your responsibilities will include estimating, designing, customizing, and developing customer-specific requirements, participating in technical discussions, creating technical documents, working with Azure Devops, integrating with third-party applications, and more. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, coach junior developers, develop reports, and manage environments and releases. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, problem-solving abilities, knowledge of integration with external systems, experience in technologies like SQL, .NET, and PowerBI, proficiency in X++, C#, and MVC patterns, familiarity with D365FO implementation, and more. Additionally, you should have 6 to 12 years of overall experience, experience in operations environments of multinational organizations, expertise in environment and release management, and a good understanding of migrations in D365 and older AX versions. The ideal candidate should be adaptable to change, culturally sensitive, prioritize effectively, work well in a team, be driven and enthusiastic, willing to learn, and capable of leading developers in implementations.
