At EY, we are dedicated to building a better working world. As a MSD_F&O Technical_Senior, you will play a key role in the development and integration of GDS Operations team. With a presence in seven countries and a rapidly growing team, GDS operations is partnering with businesses on a journey of growth. Your responsibilities include estimating, designing, customizing, and developing customer-specific requirements in D365FO, leading technical teams, handling development issues, and communicating status to key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Estimate, design, customize, and develop customer-specific customization requirements - Proactively engage in technical discussions in D365 FO projects - Create all technical-related documents (TDD, IDD) - Experience in D365 FO Extensions and working with Azure Devops and LCS - Develop/debug customizations in Microsoft D365 FO - Integrate D365 FO with 3rd party applications and perform data migration activities - Demonstrate good knowledge in D365 modules and work closely with Functional Consultants - Coach and guide junior developers - Develop SSRS and Power BI Reports - Perform Environment Management and Release Management Skills and Attributes for Success: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong presentation and consultancy skills - Good problem-solving techniques - Integration with external legacy systems - Knowledge of Lifecycle Services and Visual Studio Team Services - Experience in SQL, .NET, and PowerBI - Proficiency in X++, C#, and MVC patterns - End-to-end D365FO implementation experience - Experience with D365FO interfacing and integration - Knowledge of Agile and other Sure Step methodologies - Experience with PowerApps, Logic Apps, Common Data Service, and other Azure Services Qualifications: - 6 to 12 years of overall experience - Experience working in Operations environment in large multi-national organizations - Experience in environment and release management - Understanding of migrations in D365 and older versions of AX Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to function in a rapidly changing, heavily matrixed, and often virtual environment - Strong prioritization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Culturally sensitive and capable of handling interactions with a global mindset What We Look For: - Excellent communication skills to work with internal and external resources - Hands-on, committed, team player with the ability to work independently - Organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines - Confidence, willingness to learn, and ability to lead developers in implementations EY Global Delivery Services offers a dynamic and global delivery network.
