Job Description

Role Overview: As a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L1) at NTT DATA, your role is crucial as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring the continuous operation of their IT infrastructure and systems. Your primary responsibility is to proactively identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems, focusing on first-line support for standard and low-complexity incidents while maintaining zero missed service level agreement conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor client infrastructure and solutions daily to promptly identify and address problems and errors - Investigate first-line incidents to determine root causes and provide telephonic, ITSM ticket, or chat support to clients - Perform maintenance activities like patching and configuration changes for smooth operation of client systems - Work across multiple technology domains such as Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, or Collaboration - Update existing knowledge articles, seek work optimization opportunities, and support project work as required - Contribute to disaster recovery functions and tests to ensure the safety of clients" data Qualification Required: - Entry-level experience in troubleshooting and support within a medium to large ICT organization - Basic knowledge of management agents, redundancy concepts, and ITIL processes - Proficiency in using ITSM tools and handling tickets promptly and according to defined SOPs - Ability to plan activities and projects in advance and adapt to changing circumstances - A client-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across different cultures - Proficiency in active listening techniques, maintaining a positive outlook, and willingness to work hard when necessary - A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT or Computing, or demonstrated equivalent work experience (Note: Any additional details of the company were not found in the provided job description.),
