Job Description

MS Dynamics(Sales & services, finance & Operations background only). Manual testing/Functional Test

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional testing and manual testing of MS Dynamics applications, specifically inSales & ServicesandFinance & Operationsmodules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.
Execute comprehensive test plans, log defects, and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Provide test reports and ensure that the system aligns with business needs and expectations.

Must-Have Skills

Hands-on experience inMS Dynamics Sales & ServicesandFinance & Operationsmodules.
Proficiency inmanual testingandfunctional testingmethodologies.
Strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes in Dynamics environments.
Excellent defect identification, tracking, and reporting skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

Basic understanding of automation tools or scripting.
Knowledge of integration testing within the Dynamics ecosystem.
