MS Dynamics Practice Presales / Solutions Architect

You will be responsible for leading presales activities, solution design, and capability building for the Microsoft Dynamics practice at R Systems. Your role will involve managing proposals, crafting innovative solutions, and building strong relationships with Microsoft and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage the presales process for MS Dynamics opportunities, including CRM, ERP, and related modules. - Respond to RFPs/RFIs with high-quality proposals and solution documents. - Conduct client workshops, demos, and presentations to effectively communicate value propositions. - Design end-to-end solutions using MS Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with client objectives. - Collaborate with delivery teams to facilitate a smooth transition from presales to execution. - Develop and enhance internal frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets for MS Dynamics. - Mentor technical teams on best practices and emerging trends. - Build and maintain strategic relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners. - Represent the organization in industry forums, webinars, and Microsoft events. - Contribute to whitepapers, blogs, and case studies showcasing expertise. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) with a strong background in presales and solutioning. - Proven track record in managing large-scale proposals and solution architecture. - Deep understanding of MS Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, Azure integration, and related technologies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
