Job Description

  • Technical Development:

    Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • System Integration:

    Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications using various integration tools and techniques.
  • Customization & Configuration:

    Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet specific business requirements.
  • Technical Support:

    Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
  • Performance Optimization:

    Optimize system performance and ensure scalability and reliability of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Data Migration:

    Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Technical Documentation:

    Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Project Management:

    Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion of technical tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    5-10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM technical development and support.
  • Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .NET, SQL, and other relevant programming languages and tools.
  • Integration Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of integration tools and techniques, including REST APIs, SOAP, and data migration tools.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges.
  • Communication:

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications:

    Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus.
  • Adaptability:

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment in Greater Noida, Hyderabad, or Bengaluru.

  • Immediate availability to join the team.
  • Proven track record of successful Dynamics 365 CRM technical implementations.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation
