Job Description

JD PowerApps/Dynamics 365 CRM Developer :

Skills Required:

Strong experience with MS PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven apps)
Expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CRM (Case Management modules)
Hands-on with Power Automate for workflow automation
Experience in designing & customizing Case Management solutions
Proficient in using and integrating Dataverse/CDS
Knowledge of JavaScript, Plugins, Custom Workflows
Strong skills in Integration using REST APIs / Web Services / Azure Logic Apps
Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform
Good understanding of security roles, business rules, and form customizations

Responsibilities

Develop and customize applications using PowerApps & Dynamics 365
Implement and maintain Case Management solutions
Design and consume APIs for data integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements
Perform system testing, debugging, and support

Nice to Have:

Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus
