As a Business Analyst based in Australia, your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing processes, and supporting the implementation of system and process improvements. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, evaluating current processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will assist in designing solutions, creating reports and visualizations, and ensuring successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. - Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement. - Assist in designing solutions and workflows to meet business objectives. - Support the development and implementation of system enhancements and process changes. - Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively. - Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and business units to ensure successful delivery. - Monitor and assess the impact of implemented solutions on business performance. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or related roles. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. - Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN, Agile). - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities. Preferred Attributes: - Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. - Understanding of project management principles and Agile frameworks. - Strong attention to detail and ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
