JOB DESCRIPTION:

Execute daily shift-wise production planning.

Achieve target production output with focus on rejection control and quality.

Monitor production processes and re-schedule operations as required.

Maintain shift-wise inventory control.

Ensure optimal manpower utilization during the shift.

Maintain detailed shift-wise production data: quantity produced, % rejection, downtime, and material consumption.

Oversee High Pressure Moulding operations.

Ensure proper sand properties and understand their impact on mould and final casting quality.

Handle DISA machine operations and AMHS equipment.

Understand core making and its impact on casting quality.

Knowledge of pattern mounting and basic pattern maintenance.

Monitor mould quality, in-process parameters, and mould-related defects.

Coordinate preventive maintenance for DISA, AMHS, and Sand Plant.

Maintain and support ISO documentation.
